Content scheduling
Plan, review, and schedule your content
Bring blog articles, social posts, and email campaigns into one calendar. Choose connected destinations, set posting times, and follow publishing status from your workspace.

Follow a post from preparation to publishing
Open event details to review the post, its selected channel, and the activity timeline. Publishing status helps you distinguish scheduled content from content already sent to its destination.
Published status is not the same as audience performance. Reach, impressions, and engagement depend on the platform's analytics connection and available data; they may not appear immediately.

Scheduling tools for your workflow
A shared content calendar
See drafts, scheduled content, and published posts together. Open a post to review its content and destination.
Platform-specific posting times
Adjust posting times for unpublished content from the calendar. Check the selected date, destination, and timezone before saving.
Recurring content workflows
Define a recurring series with a topic, business context, and visual direction. Review the cadence and automation settings before enabling it.
Connected publishing
Coordinate blog, social, and email content in one workspace. Available publishing options depend on your connected accounts and permissions.
Schedule your first post
- Connect the destination account in Platforms and confirm you have permission to publish.
- Create or generate a draft. Review its facts, links, caption, and media for the selected publishing format.
- Choose a date, time, and timezone. For multiple platforms, check each destination's posting time.
- Save the schedule and check the calendar. After the scheduled time, check event details and the destination platform to confirm the result.
What to know before automating
AI generation uses Fire Credits, with usage depending on the content type and model. Check your plan and credit balance before starting a recurring series. Publishing also depends on valid connections, platform limits, and the chosen content format.
Treat posting suggestions as guidance, not a guarantee of reach or engagement. Review generated content and monitor failed or disconnected destinations.
